What does the warranty cover?

This warranty safeguards your purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. As long as you use your device following the instructions provided in the operating and service manual, you're covered. If any of your Desired Lights products, including EQUIP, NOOR, LUX 320, PRO 760, or ELITE 1520 show defects during the warranty period due to improper material or workmanship, we will either repair or replace it at no charge.

Replacement and Repair Process

In the event of a valid claim within the warranty period, we will repair your device using new or refurbished parts or replace it with a functionally equivalent product, completely free of charge. For the first 120 days from your purchase, Desired Lights will cover all shipping and handling costs related to warranty claims within the original country of shipment. Beyond this period or outside the original country, shipping costs will become the responsibility of the customer.

Duration and Transferability

The warranty period varies depending on the purchased device and commences from the date of delivery. Each device comes with a 90-Day return period and a 3-year limited warranty. Please note, this limited warranty is non-transferable and may become void if the product ownership changes.

Limitations

Our warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, damage caused by failure to follow instructions, unauthorised repairs, accidents, liquid contact, natural disasters, or theft. Preventive maintenance, normal wear and tear, and external causes such as accidents or natural disasters are also not covered.

Service Process

To obtain warranty service, simply fill in a service request form. Our team will guide you through the process, which may require proof of purchase. All repairs and services must be completed by authorized Desired Lights technicians.

Implied Warranties

Except where prohibited by law, all implied warranties are limited to the duration of this express warranty. Desired Lights shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages for breach of any express or implied warranty on this product.
