All orders are quality checked, packed and sent from Melbourne, Australia via Australia Post & Sendle —two very reliable services in Australia for quick and fast delivery.
Order Fulfilment (AU/NZ): All orders to Australian addresses will be fulfilled within 24 hours and will ship the next business day. For instance, if you place an order on Monday morning, it will be fulfilled on Tuesday morning and shipped out on Wednesday.
Transit Time: The transit time for your package begins the first full shipping day after it leaves our facility.
International Orders
A $50 flat fee for our portable devices. We currently do not offer shipping to destinations outside of Australia and New Zealand for our at-home series.
Desired Lights is not responsible for shipping charges when orders are returned due to undeliverable addresses. If an order is returned, a refund will be issued after deducting all shipping costs. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
We offer a 90 Day Risk-Free trial with all of our products.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Desired Lights device within the first 90 days of purchase, simply contact our customer service team to initiate a return.
We will even cover all shipping costs, so you can rest assured that you won't be out of pocket.
