Refund policy

At Desired Lights, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 90-day return policy.

Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
- The item is in the same condition as when you received it.
- The item is unworn or unused.
- The item is in its original packaging.
- You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@desiredlights.com. We will provide instructions and the address where the return should be sent. Please note that returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it promptly. If you discover that the item is defective damaged, or if you have received the wrong product, please get in touch with us immediately. We will assess the issue and take the necessary steps to make it right.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different one, the quickest way is to follow these steps:
1. Return the original item using our return process.
2. Once your return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within ten business days.
Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Online Returns via Customer Portal
For your convenience, you can also initiate and track returns via our online customer portal after purchasing. Log in to your account at www.desiredlights.com/account/login.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still need to receive your refund, please contact us at support@desiredlights.com.
